WALKING BY FAITH I KEEP CLIMBING

MAKING MOVES, FRIENDS AND FAMILY      THERE WERE LOTS OF THINGS GOING ON IN MY EARLY YEARS.   1933 - 1944 WERE THE YEARS OF UNCERTAINTY FOR MANY.   Here I am at age 12, with Diane my sister, and Aunt Patricia who was happy to see us.   Pat was 18 then, and very much "like a sister" to me. She babysat me a lot.   This photo shows me at my Grampa's and Gramma's cabin at the lake in Cheshire MA.    I loved this place.   Only went there about five or six times, but it was a highlight for me to go there.   Peace, tranquility, lots of love shared, family coming and going, and love and laughter.   I do not remember any fighting or arguments in the family when we visited. Never a word of criticism for my parents, and never heard anyone out of sorts. strange. These RABBITS SHOW that a Hare and a Rabbit are different.   People are different too. All over the world, people are finding that life is not meaningful when there is no faith.   Walking by faith is the only way for a believing Christian.    Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior said,  "I am the way, the truth, and the life, and again, He said, "no man cometh unto the Father but by me...:  John 14th chapter. COME WALK WITH ME YOU WILL SEE THAT ONLY IN JESUS  OUR LORD  CAN BE  THE WAY  THE TRUTH AND  THE LIFE FOR OUR JOURNEY A SINNER SAVED BY GRACE I DO NOT DESERVE HIS LOVE YET  CHRIST MY LORD HAS PROMISED ME ETERNAL LIFE TO BE WITH HIM FOREVER. JESUS HIMSELF SAID FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE  EVERLASTING LIFE. THE VERY DAY I MOVED TO CALIFORNIA HENRY WAS ORDAINED TO PREACH      WALKING BY FAITH          In 1954, I made a trip with my family that took us to California from North Adams, Massachusetts in 10 days.   We arrived in Sacramento, California on July 9.   That very same William Henry Cash, Jr. was ordained at the Community Baptist Church, in Newell, CA.   The Klamath Falls Baptist Church had taken Henry under their wing, and he had begun helping them and also continuing with Student Missionary Council (Multnomah School of the Bible).   I am not sure about any other dates, but I do know that he was ordained there.            As a young woman of  21, I had attended one year of Bible College, and had worked for a while, trying to save up money to go to Bible School.    Then my grandmother and grandfather came back from the West - having settled in Sacramento, CA  with ...

FINDING YOUR WAY BEGINS WITH THE BIBLE THE BIBLE IS GOD'S WORD In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1.1  "He that is our God is the God of salvation, and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues of death." Psalm 68.20 In using this verse, I want you to know that beyond a shadow of doubt, our God IS the GOD OF SALVATION, and  UNTO GOD the Lord belong the issues of death. The very One who made the ocean  waves, and put together  everything that is, is the very One  who Loves and Cares who is Just and Right, who is,  who always has been, and  who always will be GOD OUR SALVATION    The Words of the LORD are pure words; as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified  seven times.  Psalm 11.6   The heavens declare the glory of God;  and the firmament showeth his handiwork. Psalm 19.1   David, in Psalm 62. declares :  Truly my soul...

BLANKETING THE EARTH FLOWERS  IN MY SOUL SPRINKLE SEEDS  BRISKLY  PLANTING THEM  INTO THE MEMORIES OF MY SOUL. PRECIOUS ARE THE SEEDS THAT HAVE  IN MY SOUL BEEN PLANTED  OVER THE YEARS  IN THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO WERE EAGER TO RECEIVE THE MESSAGE  OF GOD'S WORD. SPRINGTIME IS A LOVELY TIME  IT REMINDS US ANEW  OF GOD'S GOODNESS AND FAITHFULNESS. IT TEACHES US THAT  AFTER HARD WINTERS  COME THE SPRING. MAY HIS LOVE  SEEP INTO YOUR SOUL THROUGH THE SEEDS OF GOD'S WORD AND MAY  YOU TOO  FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING GOD WILL  PRODUCE FRUIT FROM THESE SEEDS. ALL THE SEEDS NEEDED  WAS SOMEONE TO PLANT THEM IN THE SOIL. GOD DOES THE REST.    Mark Chapter 4. 1 -20.

SPRING IS ALMOST HERE !  HAVE YOU NOTICED THE BIRDS CALLING OUT ?  WHEN THE TIDE COMES IN AND THE TIDE GOES OUT THERE IS MUCH FOR THEM TO FIND FOR FOOD. WALKING BY ONE STORE - NEXT TO IT WAS AN EMPTY LOT  WITH MUCH WATER IN IT.   IT WAS A TEMPORARY  "WETLAND"  TWO MALLARD DUCKS WERE ENJOYING THIS LITTLE BIT OF  POND THEY HAD FOUND.   TAKING THEIR TIME, THEY SILENTLY FLOATED ON THE "WETLAND"... Time has a way of eroding the beaches, and changing the landscape.   This photo was taken of a beach where the fine cottage people used to live in is now quite old, and left without anyone in it.     In the same way,  our circumstances change.   We can never go back to "what we were" or to "what used to be"....                      GOD NEVER CHANGES.     Things may change, people may change, but GOD never CHANGES.     ...
